What we fix
Interior doors that rub the jamb after humidity swings, exterior doors that don’t seal, loose hinges, broken latches, and slabs that are too damaged to keep. Replacement means the door, hinges, and strike — not a full remodel of the opening unless the frame is shot.
Clay soil and summer humidity move openings. Sometimes the fix is two hinge screws into the stud. Sometimes the jamb has to come apart. We’ll say which one you’re looking at.
