What we paint
Single rooms, a few walls after a repair, trim and doors, and make-ready interiors between tenants. Prep is most of the job: fill, caulk, sand, and protect floors. If the wall isn’t ready, paint will show it.
Color matching existing walls is common on punch lists. Full-house interior color changes are possible when the schedule is clear — we won’t book a whole house into a half-day window.
What’s included
- Prep, cut-in, roll, and a reasonable coat count for coverage
- Trim and interior doors when they’re part of the same room
- Furniture moved in the room we’re painting, within reason
What we don’t do
- Full exterior house painting, roofs, or commercial spray booths
- Cabinets that need factory-level refinishing
- Lead-era homes that require certified abatement — we’ll stop and say so
