What we fix
Kitchen and bath faucets that drip or won’t shut off, toilet fill valves and flappers, wax rings when the toilet is rocking, supply lines, and like-for-like fixture swaps. If the shutoff under the sink is seized, that becomes part of the job or we stop before we break it.
Hard water in this metro kills cartridges. Sometimes the faucet is cheaper to replace than to rebuild. We’ll say which one you’re buying.
