Paint touch-ups and full rooms when the schedule allows, drywall patches, doors and hardware, faucets and toilets, blinds and stops, and the small items that show up on every walkthrough. One crew, one visit when the list fits.
We work for owners and small managers in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, Yukon, and Mustang. We are not a 24-hour emergency vendor for a 200-unit community — we’ll be honest about capacity.
What’s included
- A scoped list before we start, so invoicing matches the walkthrough
- The same trades we already do: paint, drywall, doors, light plumbing, fence repairs
- Cleanup of our work. We don’t deep-clean the unit unless that’s on the list
What we don’t do
- Full remodels, kitchen package-outs, or flooring for the whole house
- HVAC, electrical panels, or pest control
- After-hours emergency tickets unless we already agreed to the window
